The PVPC of Energía XXI is available to all those customers who have a contracted power of up to 10kW and its price is established on a daily basis according to the electricity demand.

The price of the TUR of Energía XXI is regulated by the Government and is established by auction every three months. Thus, each quarter the price of gas with the TUR will be different. The months in which the price of the TUR changes are:

Users can also be attended in person at one of Endesa’s offices throughout the country. There, they will be able to manage their contracts and carry out different procedures such as the change of holder with Energía XXI.

To apply for the Endesa social voucher, the customer must provide the required documentation and the corresponding completed application form to the supplier. This can be done through different channels:

Endesa’s social bonus is an aid aimed at those customers with an unfavorable economic situation and who cannot afford to pay their electricity bills from Energía XXI. It is a discount of between 25 and 40% on electricity bills and will depend on the degree of vulnerability of the user.

OCU offers consumers an online platform (hereinafter the «Platform») that allows them to submit a complaint to the company with which they have a dispute or difference of opinion (hereinafter the «Company»).

The purpose of this Platform is to enable the consumer and the Company to find a solution to the dispute. The consumer (hereinafter the «User») formulates his complaint through the online Platform (hereinafter the «Complaint») and the Company also responds through the Platform, upon receipt of an email in which information regarding the User and the Complaint is sent to the Company so that it can respond to the Complaint.

In order to use the Platform, the User must log in with his or her membership account (hereinafter «Subscriber Member») or supporter account. If you are not a Subscriber Member, you must register as a Supporter in order to use the Platform. Only after registration, the User will be able to log in and access the Platform. Since the Platform aims to create a dialogue around the consumer society, the User must register with his/her real data. Failure to do so will result in the Company being unable to identify the User and therefore unable to offer a solution.
